Metropolitan Air Technology LLC. warrants all cataloged damper systems to be free from defects due to workmanship or materials, under normal use and service, for 12 months from the date of original installation or 15 months from date of shipment, whichever occurs first. This limited warranty does not cover products modified outside our factory, freight damage or failure caused by acts of God, abuse, misuse or installation not in accordance with installation instructions, which require testing prior to ceiling/floor close-up.
A defective product shall be returned to the sales agent or distributor from whom it was originally purchased for replacement. Final warranty credits will be subject to factory inspection and acceptance.
The express limited warranty above constitutes the entire warranty of Metropolitan Air Technology LLC. with respect to it's damper systems and IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL METROPOLITAN AIR TECHNOLOGY INC. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER.
